Normally the difference is the water used. All the recipes are tested using Seattle's water, so even though the recipe might be the exact same it can taste drastically different due to the water

Glad the problem is fixed. Yea, broken tech is not good. Especially if it was like me 4 years ago and all I had was a phone to handle everything communication wise. I love traveling. I didn't get to much this year because of moving and an increase of responsibilities with work but I'm so happy to have taken this vacation and I picked a great place to travel to for sure.

Also yeah the Seattle location had really good workers so I'm sure it's a training store cause it's corporate, similar to how my job is a training hub. It's always cool to see places with influence in the company so I loved the location.

Grapefruit soda is fairly easy to make, too. 2oz fresh grapefruit juice, 2oz simple syrup, and I use those little 7.5oz cans of club soda, and that makes roughly enough for a couple drinks, depending on how heavy my hand gets

By "fresh" I mean like Tropicana or Simply, the other stuff tends to get too bitter because of using a concentrate

I have those and still rely heavily on my jiggers. Ones a half ounce and ounce, ones an ounce and an ounce and a half. They help me when I'm going for a color result and the concentration of liquid is important to the resulting color

Because I do treat cocktails like an art project lol
