filtering out players? Hell no. A better idea would just be that the game gives a penalnty to players who frequently disconnect. Maybe a temporary ban on all online games (or at least ranked) and/or a larger decrease in ranked points

I don't want people to get banned for things out of their control. I just want to play with other people who never disconnect.
