Yup, ready-up is moving to inside the lobby. You will also be able to differentiate between bots and humans when browsing lobbies to join...let me find the link I shared to the UI design...
ignore some of the debug stuff but instead of one map at a time, you will see a dynamically updating grid of online games to join. You can dynamically filter and you can see icons for bots + humans (in image they're all grey, but bots will be a different colour).

ready up in lobby makes so much more sense, that's how it's done in pokemon raid battles so I'm glad to see it coming to Risk!!
is the pink icon in the UI with the cards going to tell you what type of territory cards it is?

in the spirit of transparency I was going to do 10 days and 10 shares over December on battle cards (advent calendar vibe). But the issues we had and those string of hotfixes just axed the vibe and wasn't the right time to celebrate and share. But I will get that together. It's awesome PS.
Current release ETA for Battle Cards (subject to change) is May.
But that may change depending on a couple releases that precede that.
