For the turn duration, it could be something like:

1. [Pick Range]

• UNSELECTED
• click 60s
• click 120s
• SETS range 60s-120s

2. [Pick Exact Value]

• UNSELECTED
• click 90s
• SETS Range 90s exactly

3. [Adjust Range]

• RANGE SET (60s-120s)
• click 120s (new start or end point)
• click 90s or 180s, range set 90s-120s or 120s-180s

4. [Deselect Value]

• UNSELECTED
• click 60s (new start/end point)
• click 60s (cancel new start/end point)

I'd be really curious about UI design for something like that, I guess it'd most likely be:

• Click Turn Duration box (it might be set to 60s just now)
• pop out menu with all options -> with a description at top or bottom for how it works (so full screen selection but fully informative for newer players)
