I'm a bit hesitant for making bots reportable if someone didn't ready up - it makes them reportable in some cases and not others - and means that there's inconsistent UI across bots overall. Easy for newer players to get confused - and I'm not sure it adds much vs "I remember seeing this guy not ready up before, I'll just block them in lobby now"

I like where you were going in the end. For readying up that will be moving to the lobby sometime in the future. I like the idea of an auto-detection system for early quitters. I also like a cooldown down timer for them to join games if they quit enough games.
