The option to restart the app or not from inside the report menu would be very helpful.

I should say essential to help detect the difference between people restarting the app due to bugs rather than intentional disconnects of other kinds.

Include a text window where players could attempt to describe the bug if SMG would find that useful. Including a pull down list including types of known bugs with other/new bug as an option might also help SMG automatically sort the incoming info.
