and they had a way to escape, they COULDVE fortified next to whites kamchatka

before they stalled the game out, theyd either have an excuse to hit white, and ruin whites game, or white would move in a way to give cards

i think one of the worst things about Risk as implemented here is how many games end up with two players teaming up to guarantee each other at least second place. i think it really ruins the game.

Imagine sports working that way: Hey guys, how about when you and I play each other, we just take turns winning and make sure none of our players get tired or injured, and we do this until we defeat all the other teams. Then you and i can fight for first.

you win a risk game by eliminating players -- someone has to be eliminated for this game to end. And if i can eliminate someone by seemingly doing no work, visibly. I will 1000% do it

if i was in greens position, i wouldve acted sooner and tried to force white into letting me back into the game

I am hesitant about kicking a player. Alternatively you can create a stalling warning popup the first time around and the second time you try to stall your own timer is reduced to 30 seconds. Maybe even down to 15 if you max out again without doing anything. Also you need to identify what stalling actually is. Doing nothing at all is easy to detect but using 30 seconds for deploying, 30 seconds for slow attacks and 30 seconds for moving is doing something within your time but in reality it is stalling. Probably needs some more logic to allow for resetting the timer back to normal...
