You should go to settings -> gameplay
Then scroll to the bottom
You find

• resolution
  Pick the biggest possible
  And under it pick
• Borderless screen

I dont mind having it window mode, as I can go do other things when Im waiting my turn, etc. As long as I can maximize it when it is my turn again.
