no
Why do you disagree?
cause that ruins the purpose of the game and takes a lot of time for the code
That should take no longer than a couple minutes to code. lol But how does it ruin the game? Why allow more than 5 emotes if they are just going to ban you for doing so?
because it can get annoying without being able to emote for rest of game, maybe for each players turn then yes!
Int EmotesUsedThis Turn = 0
If (GetKey UseEmote)
EmotesUsedThisTurn++;
If (EmotesUsedThisTurn < 5 && UseEmote)
SpawnEmote();
There I did it for them lol
That is what I said. "for each turn".
even better, make it so players don't get banned for spamming emotes
the mute button exists so it's dumb that it's considering ruining the game experience or whatever
I agree with you on this. But they already said, "New players may not know about the mute button" But I totally agree with you on this.
I should have said either limit it to 5 emotes per turn or have no limit at all. Either way nobody should ever get banned for using emotes.
Really I should have them as separate ideas altogether. That way the community can decide how they want it.
We should not be playing in fear that we might be banned for using emotes. That is crazy.
well, they could always have like 10 tips in the menu screen that cycle through endlessly
and one of them could be "Player spamming emotes? You can mute them by clicking on their avatar and pressing the chat box with a red line on it"
something like that (also not 100% sure what the mute button looks like nowadays lol, pretty sure they changed it recently)
yea
Yeah, this is even a better idea. I am fully with you on the nobody should EVER get banned for emotes. But they just said a few days ago that they still do that. I was more pitching a solution based on what they said. Since they said they did not want to change it.
Can one of yall post the risk Idea for "Nobody should ever get banned for using emotes and emotes should never be restricted in their use" or something like that?
