I'm voting neutral purely because of the "human review" aspect.
We get hundreds of thousands of reports across user & system, every month - there are a few thousand suspensions that'll get issued each month through automated means - 99% of the time these are correctly issued. Making improvements to suspension system (like your referenced "end game within X turns or receive suspension immediately" is a great idea as it's more immediate and directly linked to an actual game decision) - but it should absolutely not replace automated tools.

If we had one person working full time on reports, they'd maybe be able to review 5% of reports, if even, you're asking for 20 full time moderators which, is probably about the size of the RISK team 😄
It is not feasible and it would be a massive drain on money that could be better utilised to bring new features/gamemodes, improve value of premium/other content, partnership content (like among us / dune), and improving on the automated tools to make them more efficient/reduce the false positive likelihood.

We don't use ai for any banning system, we instead have set parameters that trigger suspensions/warnings etc (wouldn't trust ai to moderate players anyway, at best they'd maybe be ok at flagging suspicious activity/gameplay for human review, but would still require the automated tools regardless)

Neutral because you include more than one idea together. I want to vote on ideas individually.

i’m confused by the stalling rules. obviously someone running out the clock every turn to spite other players is stalling and should be punished. But i heard that deciding to clean the board rather than go for the quickest win is also stalling? Why? the losing player can always surrender. It makes no sense to penalize the winning player for how they choose to win.

I've seen some players stalling but always thought they did it to appear as if they are bot/afk etc. So remaining players knock each other out and then they swoop in for the kill when they get the chance.

Didn't realise stalling was against the rules. They can be annoying so yes It makes sense now.

I would be careful to say missing 1 turn timer is stalling. I don't think I have ever gone a match without missing at least one, nor do I think I have ever seen someone else play a whole caps prog 6 player ffa without missing at least one. Really missing 2-3 is normal. And yes many on this discord will call that stalling. I am not one of them and I think it is super toxic and petty to report someone for clearing the board.
