Buy premium and don’t violate fair play rules for best experience.

This is the only game I know where a player who waited out 60+ turn timers at the end of the game to troll you wont get banned for stalling, but if you get up even once to make a drink you will be banned for life. LMAO.

Banned for breaking fair play rules with no explanation… I just play the game… if you single me out I might return the favor, but how is that not fair play… otherwise I have zero idea why I was banned.

It takes some effort.. And they will be slow to respond if they do. But you can file a report. Many people have told me delaying the end of the game by any amount of time (even a mere 60 seconds) is a bannable offense. They can be... Strict.... On the vague rules they have posted. If you ask me, unless you are collaborating, cheating (editing the amount of troops you should start with to deploy more than the game gives you), or waiting out maybe 5+ turn timers in a row you should be good, Especially in multi-hour matches. That is just my opinion though. Many on here will disagree with me.

I have heard some people say they have never gotten a ban. Which amazes me personally. Because I feel like I have the highest standard of any player I have played with. But that's just my lived experience. Hard to argue with people who say they have NEVER recieved a ban. And hard for me to personally believe that that is true.

# warm oar Can you elaborate here on why you think or seen a player gets a ban for life for...

It is a reactionary response to the people who said missing a turn timer should result in a ban or other similar ideas. But it is also not just that. It is also when you get banned for stalling, remember all the people you reported who repeated the action of waiting out there turn timers over and over again and you get the classic, "The player did not repeat the action" while you get banned for stalling while missing the least amount of turn timers in any of the matches. But honestly I Just got banned again. And I was playing soley to remember each and every match to ensure nothing could possibly be concieved of as stalling. I made the exact same conclusion I made 20 bans ago. The auto-ban system seems to be coded in a way that because the player base is so toxic and reports people out of spite like little kids (Just like in most games I guess) that I now fully believe I am getting the same number of reports per match than anyone else that plays. I think the ONLY reason I have ever gotten any ban is because I tend to play 8-10 hours per day. I have concluded the reports don't matter. 99% of them are surely false predatory reports as this most recent ban and really any false bans are direct evidence of. But since everyone knows you can get someone banned for false reporting and the likelihood that someone would spent months or years of their life constantly fighting bans is unreasonable. I bought and paid for a game that bans people just for playing it. Yall need to change the code to be based on average number of reports per match since the last ban rather than number of reports per set period of time. At this point If SMG unbans me every time I get a suspension I will be banned maybe half the year anyways, since it takes a few weeks usually to get replies from appeals. So I am de facto perma-banned.

If you avoid all the hyperbole and unfounded claims or theories about knowledge of what is happening in other games for other people based solely on your unusual circumstance and concentrate instead on just accurately reporting your own experience you may have a much more convincing position.

If so many things you say are outlandish then a reader will begin to doubt anything you write.

If you have actually been suspended from risk 20 times then you have to admit that many might rightly be tempted to think you are just doing something wrong. If you can’t see what you are saying from other’s perspective and acknowledge how it sounds to them you are unlikely to convince them of anything. Some of them may not be convinced in any circumstance, but I at least am open minded.

You must be willing to critically examine your own claims and assumptions if you wish to convince others. Ask yourself what do I actually know.

“I think I have been banned unfairly and I don’t know why.” Might be the only thing you can accurately say about the situation and that is okay. Most of the time in this world we do not know.

You have across so many messages used so much hyperbole that I don’t know if you say anything factually accurate at all, but assuming for a moment that 20 bans and 8-10 hours a day are not exaggerations. Then there is at least some chance that the reporting system is auto banning you in error exacerbated by the sheer number of hours you are playing.

Your claims of predatory reports, 99% are false and “everyone knows” etc. are mild examples of the kind of hyperbole that makes everything you say less believable. Claims of the sort: “I am the most honorable player in all of risk and everyone else are all cheaters” would be the more extreme kind of hyperbole.

It vaguely reminds me of the occasional "I'm the best RISK player in the world but I'm a novice because everyone is cheating against me" - huh, so all those players that are GM? - "yeah they're all cheating too" - huh, alright then. We check them pretty regularly but ok 😄

malicious actors is the worst. I can’t believe that guy hasn’t been banned based on his name alone. Him and tag teamers the two most obvious screen names in risk.
