oh gosh yes, this is so frustrating to deal with! the scrolbar is fine for fixed maybe, but in progressive it's like... quickly becomes a source of difficulty especially with turn timers (also, until if they don't change the scroller to an input, maybe the turn timer should extend if you are actively scrolling through a scroller)

I'm guessing you are talking about a slider of a prefixed bar that corresponds to the amount of troops wether they are 10 or 10.000.
That way would be incredibly faster to set a portion of units.
