Sometimes in my endgames I get teamed on (also BC I make quite a lot of errors) and usually my opponents aren't good enough to card block, so I win, but when they do I usually get 3rd. I tried everything to try to change my position , taking additional caps, breaking their card block, focusing one of them etc..., but nothing seems to work. Can someone teach me how to sort this out and get at least second?
#How can I do to win, or at least get second when getting teamed on (2v1) by players who cardblock?

If you get 2v1 then you should try to convince one of them to leave you alone by hitting them hard, if they’re locked in on you just turtle up and wait for them to hate each other
If you’re in a game where getting card blocked can end your game you should be trying to card block your opponents. That’s the winning move
Hard to block both when they’re working against you
True. But the whole idea of card blocking (with multiple players left) is you aren't doing anything to annoy them the rest of the game. Then when you can you spring a block. So if you both players are already fighting you then you probably already failed at card blocking. You do not need to be super aggressive in a progressive capitals game
Yayy let’s be friends and trade for 9 hours 🤗
Only in tourneys is like that
I’m not going to do that if I can cardblock you 🫠
Bad neighbour
Neighbours should help each other 🤣
If one person won't card trade with you, and keeps letting others get cards - you need to cardblock them instead
At some point you have to be a bad neighbor. Someone has to win. I’m always going to be a good neighbor for as long as it’s mutually beneficial. But as soon as getting you out makes the most sense I’m going to cardblock you. And if I do it right you won’t be able to do anything about it
Also if card trading is lasting 9 hours it is 100% caused by the players in the game, RISK doesn't have any built in limits to a game - so if you wanna card trade for a month it's entirely on you to do so
Btw I got second in a game like this, I tricked the smallest player into slamming a 2000 stack and then the other player gave me second
Yeah yeah I was kidding
cardblocks rarely happen out of nowhere. you might have a position that's really easy to block (bad cap choice?), the two players might have worked together to defeat another player before, or at least they were good neighbors while you might have been elsewhere
there are games where by turn 2 I know someone else is master+ and we can defeat all others and then fight a 1v1
In that game I had Venice and dinarides cap hold over the bottom of the board, and it was in total a 6 point card block. I don't think that game was winnable in any way. I didn't yet know how infinite trading pockets worked, so I mistakenly took the outside position😓😭🤣🤣
