i dont think decay is nessecary but if there is gonna be decay then i do think its too strong

Definitely need more time back. Less than 10% of your time back on PC is pretty pointless
Decay is just not needed at all, rn you can barely notice a difference by playing on PC, like you're playing a normal game with a timer almost, Mobile a bit better, but still pretty bad. Decay simply shouldn't be here at all, make it 1 sec for PC players gain, like 1,5 sec for Mobile, no decay and most of the people will be happy

Strongly agree with this. I feel like decay defeats the entire purpose of an active turn timers. This is supposed to allow you to attack as much as you need to. And that’s not what is happening

Like if SMG's purpose with this is to allow players to actually think as much as they possibly can and not be restricted by the speed of their execution after thinking, then this totally ruins that purpose already, because you're still restricting them to attack as much as they possibly can with the decay
If there's no decay, games will actually be strategic and will not end from the speed handicap most of the tiime
+1s for PC and +1.5 for Mobile is exactly what I suggested in the SMG communication, exactly as Xerokee is suggesting. Shows that we are thinking of a number that makes sense 🙂
Is the only way we can test these timer options in friends games?
They should both be available in casual private (the shorter turn timer and the timer type)
Will they release in casual public for open beta before they roll out in ranked? That is where I’d probably play test them the most.
I can’t imagine I’m gonna host and share a code to play the dozens of 30 second dynamic turn timer classic fixed games I’d have to play before I’d have developed an informed opinion 😂
Very pleased about dynamic turn timer options being added just haven’t gotten to test them yet.
I'm not 100% sure, it'll probably help to see how it goes in tournaments should any use them

No I don’t think dynamic 30 second timer is. You mean regular 30 second which I don’t think I really need to test to learn how it works 😂
You would be incorrect. Dynamic 30s timers are indeed available for casual public. I have been playing it (and I just double checked to be sure I wasn't crazy)
Casual public. No option to switch to Dynamic turn timer. 👍 photo from seconds ago.
Perhaps there is a discrepancy between PC and mobile releases of the update.

Or a short clip of Casual Public -> Create Game -> Modifiers -> Turn Timer being able to be changed? (Cc @flint spoke )
