my idea was that you could have a setting where instead of giving you bonus troops trading in cards allows you to nuke one territory on the map (with restrictions) making it unusable

"your" idea ;). I think the NRB video showed some of the issues with it. connectivity is going to be an issue, and it's probably making cards too powerful
