Learn. Question what let them kill you. Did you expand too much and have few troops, did you have a capital that was only lightly defended? We're you too greedy and wanted too much board so the rest turned on you? Did you piss off multiple people at the same time? Watch some streams/YouTubes and play. You'll get there, a lot of experts and masters just farm points being super passive. Don't be one of those, play the game for fun!

i did nothing to nobody, just sat in the corner and they broke me with card trades like 9 times before killing me and i had a 1 point hold on plus 5
