I dont really have a problem with it
I just have a problem with the dumbass players who play it, let another player hold half the map, but wont let you hold a bonus near them to help them fight the person with half the map

Prog atleast eliminates the need for a bonus

I started a third alt and have been playing more proggressive for the fun of it, portals and all the trimmings...

Playing 6 player fixed fog caps is how i just broke into top 100 on ffa lb

All my fixed games always seem to be against novices, so i dont see any point in playing fixed
Get noob slammed 90% of my fixed games

I see a lot of the same guys, a couple guys usually have expert-gm games, so i try to join those if I can... I think I'll change my flag, Ive wondered how much that can play a role...

I need them to fight ea. other, held na and africa one turn and card blocked black while he cardblocked red, they both turned on me

Stack cap and card trade for a bit
They will eventually fight each other

Wait for one to be low and tske them out
