I just think it's a cool idea

It's not a bad idea, but it may be a little complicated with them being drawn directly from user-submitted content (I'm not sure as not really my area, but something to keep in mind)

I'd personally love if they were handled like the emote menu, e.g
Most recent used phrases are available to click directly
A "more options" button to see other ones
In more options, items have soft headers to group them, e.g community submitted ideas (just label as discord), premium, zombies, sci fi, and so on

Having them fit the theme of map packs (maybe just include directly for them?) means increasing the value of map packs without impacting the price of them

I know id spend 5 or 8 bucks on one I could make myself like "Noooooo set on 4"
