Ursa is the new Australia. 😂 Love it!

The Denali map has great potential for 3D shading while territory connectivity could still remain very clear.

I don’t know if the numbering was just a placeholder, but I really like the idea of territories that are just numbered for some maps.

You may be right - No ursa no win 😂 although I actually do think Ursa has more strategic importance than aus since it’s a connector north/south on a map where the territories are “stacked” so to speak

That’s cool, now you’ve got me trying to think of a map where it would be logical to use just numbers? Astronomical naming convention? Topographical map with elevation values? Golf course holes? Residential lot numbers? My numbers are just to reference the territory names in the PDF I attached (the naming process was one of my favorite parts of the mapmaking process).

Is the PDF with your contest submission? (I assume that’s still going on… I’ve really been enjoying looking at all the maps but not sure what the contest dates are since I’m not participating). Anyway I don’t see the pdf here. >>>Oops just found it 😂😳<<<

I agree with the Denali statement. I also like Acadia because it looks really cool.
