in the central water catchment, it would be exceptionally difficult to get across. therefore, the borders in dark teal will defend with 3 dice from both sides.

This is an update to a design I made previously (in this contest).

It's a homage to the Qing Dynasty map wall. I feel that this feature's underutilised.
