Personally its because I don't really see it as a problem. You're allowed to play the same person multiple times. And I highly doubt you are sitting there playing the same player enough times to get warned/suspended if you are both playing random ranked games. If this were to happen hosts would just kick every player out who had this card. this would make it much harder for players who play a lot and don't host games to get into a match. Se the benefit is almost nothing and there's a negative, not giving much of a reason to vote yes

I wouldn't say the benefit is nothing. For those of us who try not to play the same person multiple times this feature would be quite useful.

The only true downside I see is that might slightly encourage players to make multiple accounts to try to bypass. However players already make multiple accounts for other reasons.

What I decided not to post in the idea is the cooldown period could be 1 day, 7 days or Seasonal. With the shorter times would it really affect gameplay that much?
