Currently manual setup only permits one troop to be placed at a time. With a six person FFA game the setup process could easily take over an hour (6 players place 20 Armies at 30 seconds per round = 60 minutes). Allowing players to place multiple troops in one turn has the potential to greatly reduce setup time. This change would likely increase the use of manual placement which significantly reduces the luck element inherent with auto-placement games.
