What colours would you want to see? I think it’s a good change that wouldn’t be hard to do I presume

I would suggest putting around 10 new color options in a poll and seeing which are the most popular. Then perhaps adding the four colors with the most votes into the game.

Did you try 1 of colour blind options..? i think there is some degree around what you like

We previously did add lots of colours (I don't have link on hand but there's an image of all of them in #news_announcements somewhere)
It looked great on newer devices but on 2010-2018 devices the colours aren't as sharp (forgive my terrible use of artistry 😄) - too many clashes.

It may work better as either client side only (so you can 'toggle custom colours' - and set what colours you want to replace each of the default colours with, or set them to 'randomise them' - otherwise it'll just be a feasible option for when Android 10 and below are no longer supported - in a decade or so

Considering that most mobile devices have a lifespan of three years or less, this seems like a minor problem that will quickly be solved as people upgrade to devices that are 2019 or newer. I suspect that the vast majority of players are already using a 2019 or newer device.
