The text should say: I support having an option to enable others to spectate games: YES/ NO.

Overall I think this is a good thing, however especially in fog of war games it opens up the possibility additional ways to cheat.

This would need to be an optional setting selected by the host (e.g. observation on/off). If the host was playing a fog game a did not want others to observe, they could leave the setting off.
