People should be penalized for leaving a game before round 10. It's so boring when playing a ranked game and everyone leaves in the first 1-3 games, this keeps happening to me and it's so unbelievably boring fighting bots all day. Don't get me wrong seeing people rage quit is fun, but it gets old. By the way round 10 is just an arbitrary suggestion, could be whatever set amount

There are a bunch of serial rage-quitters in Risk, often with 100+ losses per win, who just repeatedly join games, and quit round 1 if they don’t like their start.
These players are generally novices, who don’t care about rank, as they have nothing to lose.
Chess sites have a mechanism where players who immediately quit too many games (e.g. ones only wanting to play as white) get increasing timeout penalties.
Among-us had the same mechanism, to prevent players repeat quitting until they got imposter.
If Risk had some timeouts for players quitting too many games in a row too fast, with timeouts starting short, but increasing in severe cases, this behaviour would reduce.
