On this check-in interface, I’m one day behind my friends who play together. This has happened before, but I didn’t care much because the event wasn’t important. However, I really need the rewards from this event. How can I fix this?

Just wait, they give him the prize every 24 hours.

The delay is probably because you were late in logging in, that's why this happened.

To me it hapens on last reword. It ends in 2am and disapiers. I dont stay that late. In morning I only see it is over.

I don’t understand how has this been happening for a while. Never happened to me.

The trick is that the “first day” login timeframe only lasts for 14hours, others last regular 24 hours, this is why you don’t see rewards on the last day, it says expired (happens on Friday at 2 :00 AM CEST timezone).

The day that the track starts also the hub rewards are in effect. Meaning, on the first day you have to log in the hub in the first 14 hours. The rewards reset 2 hours after midnight. After that you have 13 days of 24 hours time frame (second day timeframe starts on Saturday at 2:00 CEST timezone) where you can pick the rewards and you will get all of them.

Example: track starts on Friday at 12:00 (depends on where you are, this is for CEST timezone). After that go to hub and claim. This is “first day login”. It lasts until Saturday 2:00 (so total 14 hours). Then the “second day login” timeframe starts and lasts 24 hours. You should now be able to claim second hub reward. On Sunday at 2:00 the “third day login” timeframe starts and lasts 24 hours. You should now be able to claim third hub reward.

Do you see the pattern now?

For me last day ends without pick up from beginig that I played.
I wake up few haours from reset and its expired.

On Friday, the last day of tracks, before new one starts, the hub reward system is “expired” from 2:00 until 12:00, when the new one starts.

I stated that in the first day of the new track competition, you only have 14-15 hours timeframe to pick the first hub reward. If you missed that, you wont be able to collect all 14 rewards.

Happened to me as well few time....you will miss the last day 🙁

Dev need to give some leg room. It's horrible feeling, near rage quit level. When you do all that work and mess a log in.. Especially you need to do something outside of game.

Other game would always tell show you how much you need. But this game it change each time. So when you do mess up, you know to give up or just buy 😂
