I don't know if this is a bug or not, but it doesn't give me the option to create or join a gold alliance. I did report it months ago, but never heard anything back. I play on the HUB through chrome via Facebook login, if that helps. Is it only me or is it because I play on web browser from my PC? I'm including pics of what I see, the join or create alliance screen just spins and never loads anything, no matter how long I let it sit. Thanks in advance for any help.

it has been reported again more recently from 2 other players that i know of, specifically using the web interface, but we have not heard back from support and I guess from that that they've not managed a fix.

As you've linked your account to Facebook, is it possible you can switch to playing via downloading it on Steam instead, or the Microsoft store version? I know that's not a solution for everyone, but it might work for a PC player (as long as it's not blocked in your country)

I know it's possible to transfer from phone to steam and vice versa, although I don't know many players who use the web browser version. I'll check with other mods, see if any of them have more knowledge on thia one, and hopefully one of them will be able to tell us more

I reported it too. PC browser and fiber. I tried also take internet from my mobile to change the operator and it didn't help. I bound the account to Facebook but browser is using different site than e.g. app so it's not transferrable I believe.
