I had 50 gold ores at first. Then I went to Carmack and as I did the first exchange instead of getting to 51 it reduced to 48.

Thanks, I think I found the culprit

Before going to Carmack I had just taken gold from my alliance, as soon as I did the exchange with Carmack the gold I took went back to the alliance safe... I found it there again
