Is this good customer service? Is this how you treat your players?

I don't get it. The devs created this issue when their automated ban bot false flagged someone. Someone who has put 120+ levels in the game.

Someone who built an alliance from scratch.

An alliance that has paid Thousands of Dollars/Euros to be competitive.

We have , as a group, sent at least 20 tickets on this issue since September of last year.

Mods/Devs have said on this board "Contact us and we'll get it fixed"

WE HAVE.... AT LEAST TEN TIMES.

They have NOT fixed it. It gets ignored. It gets abandoned.

WHY??? WHY DO YOU CARE SO LITTLE???

I know we're not alone. I know other people out there are frustrated, and I know others have quit.

Players, please don't put up with this. Talk to the Devs, the mods, the owners, and make them FIX their MISTAKES.

Judging how slow they are , the simple fact that they fixed Rohit's ban when it happened is already a HUGE miracle honestly ... even if the unban came with that clone issue

@icy rover this is their last msg but after that they closed my ticket . Can you please directly send them the issue. We are old players in this game and we are paying money for this game . It's more than 5 months now , is am frustrated and my alliance members also because it's causing a lot of disadvantages in defending alliance base during raids .

Man only 150 coins? They gave me 500 when they permanently muted me by mistake when a bunch of people were complaining about Jaka.

Yeah please remind them , I've already lost so much armour , guns , foods due to that glitch .

i already stopped ... just using the vip i had paid earlier and earned from trees ... besides that i m not paying anything now. .. i m frustrated too ... every member of my alliance get +1 gold unless it is a full chest of gold ... and so i am loosing tonnes of gold ... almost 9 months straight now ... daily 3 raids means -3 gold daily which is 270 days (9 months) x 3 ... imagine my loss

so I agree consumer support is totally messed in this game ... hence no more p2w ... and now only f2p ... no revenue to game from my end

This game system needs to be polished . So many faults in the raid system , player support system .

If you mods seek personal help from the devs to look in that glitch matter I hope they will listen .

Space marshal is an old mod but he didn't care about players issues , I've mentioned him also even orelko many times . Dunno what's going on with them , that's not fair .
