I have a
Coyote1: male tier2 common
Coyote2: female tier2 common
Coyote3: female tier2 uncommon

Question:
Should I breed coyote1 with coyote2 for 20% improvement chance
OR
Should I breed coyote1 with coyote3 for 0% improvement chance
?

I'd say first one, unless you just want a coyote

don't breed different tiers of horses or chance at downgrade, not sure if it's the case with animals

Horses downgrade but pets do not downgrade unless you're breeding different tiers... Like a T3 with a T2...
