Is anyone else encountering bugs where items purchased with gold take more than their listed price/gold randomly getting deducted from their account?

This image popped up during gold rush and I had to close to get back on the game. When I got back 10 pieces of gold were gone, I was supposed to have 4,373 but now I have 4,363.

something similar happened to me now, I didn't notice any gold change but I got this message and progress was rolled about 2 hours back after restart

Last time I tried contacting them, I'm pretty sure they told me to get more proof or something

I understand, but we really need a report to get as much information as possible about the issue and try to fix it.
It’s best to send the report right after you encounter the problem.
