Depends on how depleted your gear is …
If completely gear and healing broke, you can quickly get some selfmade bandages while naked from forest lake …
Then use that little bit to farm foggy plateau for a decent yet easy to farm assortment of medicinal herbs…

But, the best (without ripping through a bunch of armor and weapons) would definitely be dried forest… use the nearby enemy base (don’t enter it and it won’t time out and disappear, just travel to it and travel back to dried forest to reset the map without using a ton of energy) … really good medical herbs to stock up from a single location
