I am a genuine player and my every teammates tried to contact the support team to unban my account, after that one member got reply from devs and then he explained how everything messed up and then they fixed it .

I got my account back because of everyone's help !

Yeah 😂 you can try that but we lost our alliance resources, every building is downgraded, they didn't recover our alliance items and buildings.

Buildings can always be rebuilt . But a whole account ? Never ... a player that lost his account would never have the motivation to play again from scratch

That's true , ive already made up my mind that I will never play this game as this account is old , tried to start with a new account and it feels so boring 😅😅 . As a F2p player it's hard to go that far and starting from scratch will take again 3 years to build up those lvls and resources.

Definitely . I'm f2p too and i got to T7 in just 1.5 years . No way i would do that all over again

Yeah it's hard for us , for vip players it's easy to gain everything but as a f2p player we know how much effort and hard work needed to go thsi far . By the way I've also unlocked t7 , due to my account being banned I was unable to play for 2 weeks, my tier 7 is unlocked and got t7 rare shotgun and jacket bp only .

You have to farm t7 resources a bit because it will take some time ,

It depends on how much you need right now , 400 gold for one tube is too costly. Work on t7 rare ones are very good .

Yes , i plan to work on them after i craft a rifle ... even if level 4 . But i have that module that can craft a 1 level higher item . Maybe imma get lucky

You can get your player ID by opening the settings screen in-game, just take a screenshot of it and include it in the report. And don't forget to add your player id (a long white line of letters and numbers at the bottom of the Settings menu).
