I've never been muted before and have no idea what its supposed to look like, I've been muted since yesterday. Have no idea why (I know, everyone says that but really I don't)
Anyway everyone I've shown this too says it looks odd, that there should be a timer whether its for an hour or days or weeks. And that it shouldn't be displaying badges and opening random profiles.

I really can't think of anything ive don't that would warrant a permanent ban. Only thing that I did was report another user for some truely offensive behavior over the weekend, sexual comments using symbols to bypass the smcensor, derogatory statements, using a secondary throwaway account. I got a response yesterday morning that the user had been dealt with. I also know I wasn't the only person to submit reports. Is it possible I was accidentally muted as well? The account user was banned and returned with another throwaway next day. I reported that too.

Hmm, well, if you believe that you were muted accidentally, contact support in game.

If you report someone, they will take measures to block someone from speaking, so someone may have reported you. Although I don't know why.

LOL I've been playing this game for... almost a decade and I've never managed to get banned or muted. Well... perhaps someone saw you talk sh*t in chat and had enough? Otherwise ofcourse contact support and see what they say.
