Kelvin is the scientific way of measuring temperature. 0°K is the temperature where it's so cold, atoms stop moving. The scaling of kelvin is exactly like Celsius. In order to convert these two, just add or subtract the difference of 273,15.
Converting to Fahrenheit is a bloody mess, like with all the "freedom units"

And it is not to get fahrenheit to kelvin its just starting at the temp - 32 x 5/9 and add 273.15 easy lol

Any temp in celcius to K is just adding 273.15
