Dried Forest - why bother?

Am I missing something why not rather go to Snowy maple forest?

To have access the maple when North is not open (you need some to open it if I recall properly).

Plus I hear you can get fish in Dried

Dried forest
You find seeds , fur , water , maple , tier 3 heals , gun powder and a lot of fish

maple forest
Maple , tier 3 heals , sometimes fish in corps and iron bars , Basalt blocks , maple planks in chests from time to time

For energy cost dried would cost 7-10 energy depending on horse ( If you got the camp from the story )
While maple Forest cost more

Dried forest is like the best zone in the game

If you can farm it in bulk

Fish is so valuable later

What is super annoying is the wagon keep moving for one day to the next... Plus it is hard to find an even next to the dry forest to move it back.

Lol... I didn't know. At that time I was not in discord... And I was assuming that you don't need to have it to play the game... I discover so much here. But I would prefer that the wagon stop moving by himself. (I will stop my comment here as it is supposed to be discussion about the dry forest).
