Hello, and I’m very sorry for the trouble caused. On June 5th at around 2:00 PM (Beijing Time), while clearing storage space on my phone, I accidentally deleted all the data for this game. I then realized that I had been playing on a new device for nearly 1 years but forgot to save my progress to my Google account ([email protected]) in the new device. Currently, the game can only restore progress from an the older device save where my character name was "麦田.麦子" level 118 by google play, but my recent game name was "0,0!" level 121. In fact , when I login in Westland hub, I find the correct game name in there.
In short, Google Play restored the wrong backup, so I’m unable to retrieve my most recent game progress ,I’m unable to continue with my latest progress and I feel very frustrated.
For reference, on May 16th, I even purchased an Westland pass for the character "0.0." If restoring the progress requires additional steps, such as purchasing a membership or other actions for the character, please let me know—I’m willing to cooperate. I’ll make sure to save my progress regularly in the future.
