in game "contact support" hasn't worked for months

so that in game chat bot that's supposed to get us a human to help eventually hasn't worked for months for me, the last time i had a reply it claimed it was getting a human to help and to wait for that, since then
n o t h i n g
it doesn't respond to anything i say, even keywords that should prompt the bot to do something

thank you! i did use that for my most recent request 10 days ago (regular VIP conversion to super VIP) but no human response yet, just the zendesk auto acknowledgement email.

I also encountered this problem. I'm longer than you. I've been around for six months and I won't reply to me. The feedback emails I sent are only read but not reply.

mine last worked a bit before Thanksgiving event, so it's 6 months for me too
