M_J_W_R raided us twice tonight. Both times they came without armour, minimal weapon and healing and went through our base like nothing. That’s impossible.
How to deal with this?
We lost gold and durability from our guards for a cheat.

Not sure I understand correctly your question but durability has decreased a lot after he attacked us. For example, my bot almost lost an epic pants, it had 6k durability left before he attacked us. It never happened before to loose that much in one raid.

Exactly. I am starting to lose my patience with support.
Are inquiries and complaints even being processed? It is known that update 9.0 brought catastrophic bugs and that support is overwhelmed, but cheaters should be a top priority.
Our guards have permanent increased wear on their equipment, not just once during the cheaters' raid. This affects us throughout the entire Goldrush week.
Support is not reliable and refuses any compensation for the poor service. This could actually be a good game, but the lack of customer orientation is just embarrassing and ruins the good rating. If even cheaters are roaming around unchecked, at least give out gold, silver or tubes for example as compensation for all the many inconveniences for weeks. This is standard with the competition! 😑

I don't handle cases related to cheaters or cheating clans. Since the community managers are busy, only the support team can assist you with this issue. Please contact them for help.

I’m in an alliance with biggiboev and it is boring to be raided by this cheaters again and again. There is no support. And what ist is a Community Manager, never seen one. It feels like a dying game. 🙁

We raided Maroc-51 this evening and their raid back was completely normal.
Maybe the ones that attack with this cheat are no real clan members?
Those who attacked us from M_J_W_R had no guards there. Also “halima002”, who attacked your clan has no guard at Maroc-51.
Strange thing.
But still no answer from this thing called “support”. 🙁

Reported it, but doubt that anything will come out of it, the devs seem like helpless toddlers against these friggin' cheaters 🤬
Other companies have strict rules and technological methods to ban and hold off cheaters. Helio seems like a complete failure. Loads of bugs, no support worth mentioning, cheaters roaming unhindered... Do you really want to ruin this game for good?
