Lost my clan

Hi guys, I updated the game with the new alliance update. When I logged back my alliance was gone.

I created and put a lot of resources inside.

I can’t see it on the list of clan. So I can’t apply.

Tag is Texan

It seems the lead as been passed to another member.

I was offline for few weeks lately due to work but I was visiting from time to time until a major update.

I sent an email to the support team no answer yet.

Any ideas?

Support is the only thing that can help ye

Provide them with the guild name , id and explain your situation

And ull get ownership again

They normally reply faster then email ones
