What kind of glitch?

I had triggered bandits overnight, they headed to my ranch, I headed to the ranch… now the timer is stopped at 1:59

#

Nothing unusual

It may not be the explanation for what you experienced, but be aware that you have to arrive at your ranch before the bandits arrive there

The problem may be that you arrived at the ranch after the bandit attack landed, in which case they attack without you there. They only wait for you to log in if you get there before they do.

The longest trips take less then 2h

#

And the raid never starts unless you enter the ranch

@sweet glen

#

It not glitched that how raids work
If u r on the ranch the timer stays at 1;59

#

If ur character is walking home and you got an incoming raid you won't be raided when you go off

I’ll add my explanation for future generations

Whenever you trigger bandit raid, the bandits need somewhere from 6h 1’ to 7h 2’ (from what I have observed) to reach your ranch. We can call this BTT or bandits traveling time.

After they reach your ranch, they take time to destroy your ranch. This we may call TT or trashing time.

If you reach your home before BBT, the timer will still run until they reach the ranch, but the TT timer wont start, it will remain 1h 59’. If you choose not to enter and go to a nearby location, the TT timer will start. When you return the TT will stop. And so on as it expires.

If you are not at home when bandits reach your ranch (=BBT expires) the TT timer will start. But when you do come home, within the TT frame, the timer will stop for what remains on it.

Note that without alliance’s railway station, this is prolonged by a bit.
