I am reaching out again to express my dissatisfaction with how my case has been handled. After being unfairly banned, false information is being spread in the game in the chat of my alliance, stating that I was "convicted of cheating by the sheriff and was removed from my alliance." I would like to make it clear that this is completely false, and I have never used cheats or any kind of hacks. I play legitimately and was banned unjustly, without any evidence to support the allegation against me.
The impact of this false information in the alliance chat is damaging my reputation within the game and my relationship with other players. Even though only the alliance owner can see this information, it is unacceptable for something so harmful and unfounded to be spread without proper investigation or justification.
I reiterate my request for this false information to be removed immediately from all records and for a deeper investigation to be conducted to correct this situation. The way my case has been handled is a clear violation of my rights as a player and consumer.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 7 (seven) business days, I will take the necessary steps, including filing a complaint with consumer protection agencies and seeking compensation for the damages caused by this situation.
