#my chicken coop's timer is glitched for over a week help.

the timer won't progress and the moment I enter the coop it resets to a number b4 it was 21:59 now it's 18:.. something not sure but ye I'm only getting 10 chicks per day while my feed is always filled to the brim (contacted support no response) anyon faced this glitch?
