Sending a request is like spining a wheel of fortune

There are people who have been answered after one day and sometimes less than 12 hours.
I've had an account under review for 6 months.
I messaged the support and replied that the problem had been resolved but when I opened the game I found the review message still existed!
I sent them back and replied that your participation in the rankings and competitions was permanently suspended

Complete the tasks and move naturally
But the review message always exists and I can't access the alliance base and collect gold!
On Discord, too, nobody answers my problem. Honestly, it bothered me a lot.
I lost my canyon rewards due to their anti-cheat system issues , and they compensated me in a week
They sometimes do the job just fine
But mostly ... it's miserable

From in-game
My case got solved there
Replies are relatively faster there
Only Ksandr was responding to my messages
Unfortunately, he took a vacation

The next day i got replied
But compensation itself came after a week
I think they can't fix the problem in my account that's why they didn't reply to me
It might be a reason

So should tell me what happens

And the one after i sent a reminder since i was worried ... after this reply , they directly sent me the compensation
If they won't to fix it
I want my money back
They take long to refund too
