In my experience, I recommend collecting 100-150 tubes per 110 level. I'm at 115 level now. After 110 level, T6 tubes are very rare.
It would also be good to disable the experience of x2 ha 110 levels

Its not that hard, especially if you are active, even as solo. High end players can just dunk on any low tier, even if its a full alliance. Also, being alone makes the alliance seem easier to atack
