chest missing from battle pass

Hello guys i have an issue with not getting the red chest from the last battle pass. Can anyone help or explain why some players got it and some didn't ?

Well, the chest is for higher tier player, starting T3 high to T6.

The higher the zones u got unlocked

The better the rewards

And the chest is from t4 pass

Sorry to ping you again. So the rewards are based on area unlocked and not player level?

Yeah i got south unlocked so i get t4 pass as an example
