I started playing again from my original account. back then I had a horse , wagon and was growing vegetables since that’s all that was needed. I think I maxed all the storage crates that could fit in base. Unfortunately now in current game my horse ,stable and farm lands are gone and game wants to now charge me 9.99 to add each again. My question is if I compact my base to make room for stable and dog house will I be charged to add them ??? Pics of my base, please let me know.

Maybe in the past the stable was smaller ? I remember having a stable close to wagon, and I think I had 2 farm lots I think they were 2x2 squares each. So if I make my base smaller to fit stable and dog house do you think they will still charge me 9.99 to build each ?
