Which is the most easiest and effective way to get the most iron ingots?

Trading at the mountain tribe is the easiest, but not the most effective.

If I want Iron i hit the Iron mine about 6 times in a row with a recurve bow & Paterson when the Bandit timer is counting down.. that's effective.

I traded with the Mountain Tribe till I upgraded my Carpenter bench & had Gunslinger armour. iron mine can be brutal otherwise.. in my opinion

You trade for ore. 60 claws/60 teeth will get you enough ore for about 20 ingots.. i think. Space Marshals should know

Yeah i understand... No hurry to open South without some T4 benches anyhows. I wouldn't do Interfluve without Gunslinger armour & LeMat or Revolving Carbine personally

Mountain tribe don't have Cyprus.. that one is more complicated. You can also trade with wood dude in town but it's a lot of grinding

Yah . I didn't go South till i had some T5 benches. Easy to get killed without suitable armour & weapons. I dislike dying.. bigly 😀

Forest Lake is easy for fangs. . I used a spiked club mainly. Bronze spears use copper & tin . The mines have many bad dudes to kill which makes bandit anger increase which means nore ranch raids

If ur under-leveled, go to Iron Mine and mine Iron ore as safely as u can.
Once a bandit chases u, run for ur life and walk/run towards Snowy Maple Forest then run/walk back to Iron Mine.
You can do this 3-5 times with energy ads. Depends on the RNG on the cave but u can get 12-18 iron without any bandits going for u so just go back and forth, bring a lot of heals to keep urself alive and some food and armor to keep u warm.

At lower level.. Foggy Plateau.. Sometimes a 🐻 in there.. Highlands as well but same level as Iron mine. Glacier Bear 🐨 sometimes, but harder to kill

Foggy Plateau usually has coal.. sometimes not. Sometimes has Iron ore too. Has some heals there. Make it a trip as the other poster said.. but I Hit Foggy plateau then go Oak Forest.. no need to enter & back to Foggy Plateu .. repeat

U can farm highlands even tho the amount is lower you will last longer

That’s what I do. And I’m lvl 78 didn’t open north and all benches t4.

Foggy plateau has usually about 20 brown coal.

By watching the ad you can get everyday some resources.
The higher your lvl, the better resources get.

I traded a lot in mountain tribe.

Also I’m usually skip all the events until I get old road.

Just yesterday I got 28 steel ingots from old road.

You get some at the old road for example.
But I put every single point i got into spirit. So I just take some animals with me and kill all the wolves and bears.
You can farm the claws at all local locations where you have wolves.

Usually takes a while to collect them.
Once I’ve got enough I exchange them the next time I’m anyway going south.

Besides claws I hit the tin and copper mines and make bronze. Take fifty bronze to town and trade for ten iron. That’s an easy ten iron for little work.

Yeah, I had to wait until about level 70 for it to get easier up there. Now it's a cakewalk. But I trade a lot at the Mountain tribe. Specially if I want to forge steel.
