Please send a support ticket to the teamlink to Zendesk, so they can assist you. They will also need a transaction ID or a receipt.
If you play on an Android device, you can find it here:
✔ Go to pay.google.com.
✔ Find Other purchase activity.
✔ Select View purchases.
✔ Select an order to see your receipt.
If it's an iOS device, you can find it here:
✔ Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
✔ Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
✔ A list of your recent purchases appears.
