The first image shows the whole damage of that weapon with armor penetration included (1750), while the second image displays all the dmg, and its detailed

I once asked devs about it. Here’s their response :
While the weapon is in your hands, armor penetration damage is added to your total damage. For a defender, armor penetration damage does not stack with total damage and is displayed as a separate stat.
